Extensive experience in building product market credibility, selling, negotiating complex infrastructure projects and providing technical, professional and business leadership necessary to increase revenue flow and gain a competitive advantage in the marketplace.

Sales & Marketing
Provide coaching, support and training technical sales techniques to a national sales staff. Preparation of and presenting technical papers at industry trade shows and training seminars. Extensive experience in the preparation and presentation of technology concepts to potential customers and industry forums.

Technology Start-Ups
Pioneered technology start-ups, including Insituform of New England’s CIPP technology, the Miller Pipeline’s Ex Method, a high strength PVC Expanded-in-Place Pipe from Japan and the Ultra Violet Light technology from Brandenburger Reline of Germany.

Engineering & Project Management
Ability to plan, design and manage, complex commercial and public works projects, including some of the industry’s largest and most difficult trenchless pipe renewal projects.

Contracting
Proven hands-on experience with traditional construction and trenchless technologies methods, including estimating, bidding, construction management, trouble shooting, applying real world construction experience to difficult projects. Technologies included CIPP, F&F, Pipe Bursting, Pipe Reaming, Pipe Ramming, Boring & Jacking, Internal Seals and Directional Drilling.

Team Building
Proven success at planning, leading, organizing and training people, retaining management decision-making responsibility while building a motivated team, where decisions are made, at all levels, by managers having direct project responsibility.
